in 2000 with the mission to energize the Zarathushti entrepreneurial
and professional spirit globally, fostering prosperity and economic
well-being within the community. WZCC serves as a platform to promote

Committee Members
The Director provides
overall strategic leadership for the Middle East chapter,
ensuring alignment with the broader vision and goals
of WZCC Global. Responsibilities include supervising
chapter activities, driving innovative initiatives to
foster the growth of Zoroastrian businesses, cultivating
strategic partnerships, and overseeing key programs.
The Director also acts as a liaison between WZCC Global
and the regional chapter, ensuring seamless collaboration
and communication.
The Chair oversees the
operational aspects of the chapter, supporting the Director
in strategy implementation. Key responsibilities include
coordinating activities among committees, ensuring timely
and efficient execution of chapter objectives, and fostering
collaboration across the organization.
The Chair acts as the Director's deputy during their
absence and plays a critical role in maintaining the
momentum of initiatives.
The Secretary is responsible
for managing all official documentation, maintaining
accurate meeting minutes, and overseeing external and
internal correspondence.
They ensure compliance with organizational policies,
facilitate smooth communication among committee members,
and ensure that records are readily available to support
efficient decision-making.
The Deputy Secretary
assists the Secretary in their responsibilities, ensuring
seamless record-keeping and timely dissemination of
updates and reports.
They provide support for drafting documents, maintaining
organized records, and stepping in during the Secretary's
absence to ensure continuity.
The Treasurer manages
the chapter's finances, preparing budgets, tracking
income and expenses, and ensuring financial transparency.
They ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations,
maintain accurate records, and provide detailed reports
to the committee, ensuring accountability and financial
sustainability.
The Deputy Treasurer
supports the Treasurer by managing routine transactions,
preparing auxiliary budgets and reports, and ensuring
accuracy in financial records.
They act as a backup during the Treasurer's absence
and assist in implementing financial strategies to support
chapter activities.
The Communications Officer
crafts and implements strategies to enhance WZCC's visibility
and engagement.
Responsibilities include managing social media platforms,
developing content for socials, newsletters and updates,
promoting chapter events, and ensuring that all messaging
aligns with WZCC's vision and values.
The Event Coordinator
oversees the planning and execution of events, including
logistics, budgeting, and coordination with vendors.
They ensure all events are impactful, well-organized,
and align with WZCC's mission, fostering meaningful
engagement among members and stakeholders.
The Deputy Event Coordinator
supports the Event Coordinator in planning and managing
events.
They assist with logistics, vendor management, and budgeting,
ensuring seamless execution and acting as a backup during
the coordinator's absence.
Sponsorship Initiative
Officers identify and secure funding opportunities by
cultivating relationships with sponsors and donors.
They develop sponsorship strategies that align with
WZCC's objectives and play a vital role in ensuring
the chapter's financial sustainability through effective
partnerships.
The Women's Wing Director
spearheads initiatives to empower women within the Zoroastrian
business community.
Responsibilities include organizing networking and mentorship
programs, advocating for gender inclusivity, and driving
projects aimed at fostering women's professional and
personal development.
The Youth Director leads
initiatives aimed at engaging young professionals within
the Zoroastrian community.
They design and implement programs focused on leadership
development, innovation, and skill-building, encouraging
active participation from the youth in WZCC activities.
This role involves ensuring
the chapter adheres to legal and regulatory compliance,
assisting with governance structures, and supporting
the setup of organizational frameworks.
The officer ensures that all chapter activities align
with corporate standards and best practices legally
within the law of the land.
The Membership Coordinator
manages all aspects of member engagement, from onboarding
to ongoing communication.
They develop initiatives to grow membership, maintain
updated member records, and foster connections to enhance
participation in chapter activities.
The Deputy Membership
Coordinator supports the Membership Coordinator in recruiting
and engaging members.
They ensure timely follow-ups with prospective members,
assist with updating membership databases, and contribute
to growth and retention strategies.
This role focuses on
expanding WZCC's reach across GCC countries outside
the UAE.
Responsibilities include recruiting members, building
connections with Zoroastrian professionals in the region,
facilitating communication of WZCC initiatives, and
fostering collaborations that promote the organization's
objectives.
The Youth Coordinator will be creating opportunities to bring together young professionals to connect, learn, and grow within the community..
